Zatarains Dirty Rice

Ingredients:

• 1 box Zatarains Dirty Rice mix
• 1 green pepper, diced
• 1 onion diced
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 link beef sausage, sliced in coins

Directions:

1. Brown the ground beef with the diced onion and pepper.
2. While browning ground beef, brown the sausage
3. Add the sausage to the browned beef and vegetables
4. Add the mix and water per the box instructions
5. Cook per the box instructions
6. Serve with crackers and Louisiana-style hot sauce
